S. 838 -- A bill to amend section 63- 5-350 of the 1976 code, relating to providing healthservices to minors without parental consent, to prohibit the administration of the covid-19 vaccine without parental consent.

H 4391 -- Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 44-29-260 So As To Prohibit Businesses, Governmental Entities, And Educational Institutions In This State From Requiring Patrons, Residents, Or Students To Provide Proof Of Vaccination For Covid-19, And For Other Purposes.


Vaccine Choice Bill


H 3511 -- Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 44-29-45 So As To Allow Individuals To Opt Out Of Infectious Or Contagious Disease Vaccinations And To Prohibit Discrimination Against Individuals Who Exercise Their Right Not To Be Vaccinated.

A bill to prohibit the promotion of vaccination clinics in educational institutions in the state of South Carolina.


A bill to prohibit public institutions of higher learning, including a technical college, to require that its students have received the covid-19 vaccination in order to be present at the institution’s facilities without being required to wear a facemask.


A bill to prohibit public institutions of higher learning, including a technical college, to require that its students and staff mandatory test for infectious disease virus in order to be present at the institution’s facilities without being required to wear a facemask.


A bill to prohibit k-12 schools students and staff, to require that its students have received the covid-19 vaccination in order to be present at the institution’s facilities without being required to wear a facemask.


A bill to prohibit k-12 school districts, institutions of higher learning, including a technical college, to require that its students and/or employees wear a facemask at any of its educational facilities.


A bill to prohibit mandatory vaccination and infectious disease testing for all State and County employees including any other government entities employees.


A bill to prohibit health professionals from denying health care to people who have not been vaccinated.


Ask your Senator for a Senate bill to allow Individuals to opt-out of infectious or contagious disease vaccinations and to prohibit discrimination against individuals who exercise their right not to be vaccinated.

Stop Marketing Vaccines to Children in SC Schools


IT'S TIME TO PROHIBIT THE PROMOTION OF VACCINATION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA!


STOP educational institutions and DHEC from vaccine outreach programs to minors (under 18).

STOP promotion, material, curriculum, materials in-state public, private, charter, preschools, and higher education.

STOP school vaccination clinics in school facilities.

STOP compensation for vaccine participation.

STOP coercion, peer pressure, and incentives for vaccine participation.

STOP pushing vaccination marketing materials that could potentially be interpreted as a solicitation to minors.

Bill 838: Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee Update - S 838 received a favorable report. It will move to the full Medical Affairs Committee for a vote. Date and time for that meeting will be posted soon.

Bill 811: Enact The "medical Ethics And Diversity Act"; To Amend Title 44 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Health, By Adding Chapter 139, To Authorize Medical Practitioners, Health Care Institutions, And Health Care Payers Not To Participate In Health Care Services That Violate The Practitioner's Or Entity's Conscience And To Protect These Individuals And Entities From Civil, Criminal, Or Administrative Liability And From Discrimination For Exercising Their Personal Right Of Conscience, With Exceptions; To Create A Private Right Of Action For Medical Practitioners, Health Care Institutions, And Health Care Payers For Violation Of The Chapter, And For Other Purposes, And To Define Necessary Terms.
